1. Calculations Are Client-Side Only

All salary computations performed on SuweldoKo happen entirely within your web browser. No salary figures, personal income data, or calculation inputs are ever transmitted to our servers or any third party. Your financial information never leaves your device.

Lahat ng pagkalkula ng sahod sa SuweldoKo ay nangyayari sa loob ng iyong web browser. Walang anumang datos ng sahod, personal na kita, o mga input ng kalkulasyon ang ipinapadala sa aming mga server o sa anumang third party.

2. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site. GA4 is configured with the following privacy settings:

• IP anonymization: ON — Your full IP address is never stored.
• Google Signals: OFF — Cross-device tracking is disabled.
• Data retention: 14 months — Analytics data is automatically deleted after 14 months.

We also use Microsoft Clarity for session recordings and heatmaps to improve the calculator's usability. Clarity does not collect personally identifiable information.

We collect email addresses only from users who explicitly opt in to receive rate change notifications. By submitting your email address, you consent to receive emails when SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, or BIR tax rates change.

• Email addresses are stored securely in our database.
• We will never sell, share, or use your email for purposes other than rate change notifications.
• You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
• We send emails only when rates change — not scheduled newsletters.
